The Random Alphanumeric Generator will help you generates random strings using letters (a-z) and numbers (0-9), with customizable options to suit your needs. Follow the steps below to define your criteria, and click the "Generate" button to create a new random string.

How to Use:

  1. Characters to use: Enter the characters you want the generator to use when creating random strings. The default includes lowercase letters (a-z), numbers (0-9), and an underscore (_). You can modify this as needed.
  2. String length: Set how long each generated string will be. For example, a length of 8 will produce a string with 8 characters.
  3. Number of strings: Choose how many random strings you want to generate. You can create one or multiple strings at once.
  4. Output in uppercase: Check this option if you want the resulting strings to be in uppercase (e.g., 'abc' becomes 'ABC').
  5. Unique characters: Enable this option to ensure no character repeats in any single string.
  6. Unique strings only: Select this to guarantee that all generated strings are different from one another.
  7. Click the "Generate Random String(s)" button to create your strings based on the criteria you've set.

Additional Features:

  • Copy for Google Sheets: After generating your strings, you can copy them to the clipboard for easy pasting into Google Sheets or any other document. Simply click the "Copy for Google Sheets" button.
  • Unique Characters: If enabled, the generated strings will not contain any duplicate characters within each string.
  • Unique Strings: This ensures no two generated strings will be the same when generating multiple strings.
